Shannon is an administration coordinator at Whitsunday Regional Council and is heavily involved in disaster management having previously filled the role as deputy disaster coordinator.
Married to Andrew, the couple live in Proserpine raising a young family. They have a small farm and are living the rural life dream.
Shannon loves to help in the community and derives great satisfaction from her job with Council and key roles in disaster management combined with being the President of Whitsunday Netball Association.
