Due to a trunk water main failure on the corner of Shute Harbour Road and Mandalay Road, Council will be conducting emergent repair works tomorrow, 8 February 2024, between 9am and 3pm.
Whitsunday Regional Council has honoured the region’s community champions with a special Australia Day Awards ceremony held at Bowen’s Flagstaff Hill today.
We are undertaking planned maintenance to Shingley Beach amenities block from Monday 5 February to replace the roof and undertake general maintenance.
The swimming nets were removed due to TC Kirrily and will be reinstalled on Thursday 8 February.
Residents are advised that there will be no kerbside collection services on Thursday January 25 and Friday January 26 due to impending weather event.
