Making of Local Laws Notice

Whitsunday Regional Council (the "Council") has, by resolution dated 12 October 2022, made the following local laws and subordinate local laws: 

(a)    Local Law (Amending) Whitsunday Regional Council Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2022; and
(b)    Subordinate Local Law (Amending) Whitsunday Regional Council Subordinate Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2022.
