This is a non-mandatory Information Session to assist potential Suppliers with registering to receive and upload Tender Submission and to address any questions in regards to this Tender.

Whitsunday Regional Council will be releasing the Tender for the Preferred Supplier Arrangement - Provision of Plant and Equipment Hire on the 7th July 2021 via eTenderBox.

This Tender will be out for four (4) weeks with the closing date of 4th August 2021.

Prospective tenderers are requested to register on the eTenderBox website – https://whitsunday.etenderbox.com.au to download the relevant documentation, submit clarifications and upload submissions.

Non-mandatory Information Sessions will be held the first week the tender is advertised to assist Suppliers with registering and answering any clarifications.

The Sessions will be held at the following locations and times:

  • Proserpine Administration Building – 5.30pm, Monday 12th July 2021
  • Collinsville Community Centre – 5.30pm, Tuesday 13th July 2021
  • Bowen PCYC – 5.30pm, Wednesday 14th July 2021
