Bowen Gumlu Growers Association are hosting the Queensland Day Flavours of Bowen Festival which is a community event focused on the food and provenance produced in the region, the heart of Australia's fresh food industry. It will aim to connect the community and attract visitors with food produced in the region, thematically highlighting the regions rich agricultural history, producers and multicultural influences.The event will include produce vendors/displays, food trucks, cooking demonstrations, light entertainment activities and cultural dance.
