Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes. You’ll need to register for an online Bookable account before confirming your booking. This allows you to view reservations, make payments and manage details in one place.
Can I visit the venue before booking?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to arrange a site inspection with our team. Contact us to book a suitable time.
Can I bring my own caterer or audiovisual supplier?
Yes. External suppliers are welcome. We can also connect you with trusted local businesses if needed.
Is there accessible parking and entry?
Yes. All venues include accessible entry points, facilities and designated parking areas. Let us know if you have specific requirements.
Can I use indoor and outdoor spaces together?
Yes. Many events combine indoor and outdoor areas. Our team can help you plan a layout and run-sheet that suits your flow.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and peak seasons, as availability can vary.
What is included in my booking?
Standard inclusions vary by venue and may include tables, chairs, AV equipment and Wi-Fi. Check venue details or contact our team for specifics.
Can I decorate or theme the venue?
Yes, decorations are welcome provided they don’t cause damage. Please discuss your plans with us before setup.
Do the venues have kitchen or catering facilities?
Yes.
- Proserpine Entertainment Centre includes a full commercial kitchen and licenced bar services
- Shute Harbour Marine Terminal offers catering facilities and licensed bar services
- Flagstaff Hill Convention Centre has an on-site café that can support catering needs or provide a convenient option for guests during events.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Log in to your Bookable account and select 'My Bookings' to update details. Cancellation terms are outlined in the venue hire Terms & Conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at all venues.
