Whitsunday Regional Council has three conference centres that offer seamless business event delivery from small team building meetings, to bustling trade shows, our modern, dynamic and functional spaces are able to accommodate events of all sizes and scope, all within stunning locations in the Whitsundays.
Our excellent facilities come equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment and skilled technicians to enable us to deliver truly exceptional corporate events and celebrations.

Through this program, Council provides financial and in-kind support to attract and host high-quality, large-scale events that align with the Whitsundays’ strategic priorities. These events play an important role in driving visitation, encouraging overnight stays, supporting local businesses and activating our region across the year, including in shoulder and off-peak periods.
Applications are assessed through a competitive process based on event quality, economic impact, brand alignment and available funding.
