Dementia Information Session
Join us for a free information session designed to provide a better understanding of dementia and the support available for people living with the condition, as well as their carers and families.
Presented by Catholic Care, this friendly and informative session will cover the basics of dementia, available support services, and fully funded education retreats that help individuals and families navigate the dementia journey with confidence.
There will also be plenty of time for a relaxed Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the resources available in our community.
