Celie Gannon, an entertainment journalist has written a heartfelt book about caring for her husband Jim, a talented guitarist and band member who suffered from Behaviour Variant Frontotemporal Dementia and the behaviours that can accompany a FTD diagnosis, or specifically in Jimmy’s case Behavioural Variant FTD (bvFTD). Some of it is confronting.
