Community Carnival

Cooinda Family Centre & The Bowen Neighbourhood Centre would like to hold a free Community Carnival and Colour Run for the families of Bowen. We have invited other services to join in the fun.

This year we hope to combined the family fun day event with the colour run in hopes of making this event even more colourful and engaging for our community during National Child Protection Week 2025 in September. The event will be a free event so the more vulnerable families can bring their children and have opportunities to bond, connect with their community, and enjoy a range of activities and entertainment. This event will feature rides, games, crafts, food, and opportunities to learn about local services. The aim is to create positive memories, strengthen family relationships, and offer a break from the stresses of daily life.
