This forum is an information session on the upcoming ban on certain single-use plastics. It will explain which items are banned, and what alternative products and practises are available.

From September, certain single-use plastic items will be banned in Qld, including plastic straws, stirrers, cutlery, plates, bowls and expanded polystyrene cups and containers. Many community groups provide these items as part of their community and fundraising activities - and may benefit from information on how to comply with the new bans.
